The Protection spell reduces Faster Casting by 2 after applying the cap of 4 (this can't be over-capped to compensate), lowering Spellweaving's maximum FC from 4 to 2. If you have 2 Faster Casting, Protection will reduce Faster Casting to zero. This makes casting slower but prevents spell disruption when hit.
It's a killer build, but the one limitation is that the mobs need mana to continuously keep casting One place I found it didn't work was The Citadel, but Blackthorn's, Ancient Liches, Champs for sure

@@Ultima_Online_Expeditions Tried the Build. Amazing I was Word of deathing blackthorn captains for 702 and I am still fine tuning the suit!

just quit and play outlands. way better
