Thanks Mark…. I’ve had mostly good experiences mail ordering meat. This was my first order with 44 Farms & I’d use them again. I’m still looking for a reliable local butcher that can source a good variety. I’ve found it easier to mail order direct from places like 44 Farms.

I just need to get past my own short comings of taking meat selection too personally. Those ribs looked incredibly tasty. May God continue to bless you and your family my friend. Luna got so big.

Thanks Richard, the light is made by Weber. It’s not super bright but it’s good enough & it turns on automatically when opening the lid after you turn it on the first time. My wife got the 🇺🇸 platters at a regional supermarket chain in Northern CA called Winco. They’re really durable!
This was my first time ordering from 44 Farms & the quality of the short ribs was outstanding. I will order from them again. I think smoking a rib plate does make a difference compared to smoking individual ribs that have already been cut.

My wife said they usually sell themed items like that around different holidays. She bought those platters a few years ago around the 4th of July.
