    Always stoked to see one of these! Also really appreciate the candid pros and cons discussion here, in a sport of "every new product is revolutionary" it's quite refreshing. Cheers

    Hey Oskar thanks for the review! Can it be used for winging (and jumping) as well? Is the construction as strong as the FG wingboard? But I miss the lack of offset back footstrap plugs

    Great review and info as always, thx Oskar 🤙
    The mast tracks being positionally back further by comparison to fg wing surf board - what are the benefits or negatives with that?

      @@jasonleitch6478 thanks mate! I’ve found that as the boards gets smaller and lighter you generally run the mast position further back. There is a balance point with the board where it takes a similar amount of effort to lift and drop the nose of the board, and with this particular board it felt balanced further back.

    Can you guarantee that if I buy it I'll surf like you?

    If you had to pump to one song what would it be?

      Trying to work out the rythm of your pump

      @@markgransbury8377 haha that’s a good question!! Some sort of house music, it always feels like a good rhythm. Similar if I am downwinding I like that sort of music so maybe that’s the same rhythm as my pump 🤷‍♂️

    Whats you foil setup in this video? Does it need a baseplate shim like the towboogie one had? Ripping, cheers

      @@cheynedowsett this is the 865 mast, HA680, dart 140 blue shim, 60cm fuse, mast position 6…. I don’t use a shim with this board, it feels well balanced to me in terms of deck angle. If you like more of a front foot pressure then you could add a half degree shim, but to me it feels balanced with nothing.

      @OskarJohansson1 When do use the different shims eg do you use blue for smaller slower waves and red for bigger? Thanks

    • @OskarJohansson1
      @OskarJohansson1  11 днів тому +1

      @@cheynedowsett Exactly, if I see its really small and I want to get a little lwoer stall speed then I will go for the red shim, but if its bigger waves or longer period swell then I will go for the red shim. In general I just ride the red shim, but unless I am really thinking I will struggle then I go for the blue.
