Hi Katie! I finally got round to visiting your YT channel, and watched it as I put a couple of rows into my Ambient pullover before going to bed. I loved the organic editing and gentle conversation, as well as the music + cutaways of the countryside weaving it together. I've also a small collection of Japanese sewing books that has built up over time - the simple, cute styles were attractive - but have only used them to make doll's clothes so far. 😅 (The pattern pieces layout guide can be enlarged slightly to be the right size - it's actually to scale.) Also curious to find out more about your graphic novel! ❤

Interesting to see you use circular knitting needles. I heard you said that in knitting you like making working on really fine pieces, but it appears that it continues in your artwork too. I’m an avid knitter and sometimes amateur artist. This was a really peaceful podcast, just what I needed, while I knit on my project. I really loved to watch you draw, and see some of your finished artwork. I’d also love to learn to sew my own clothes. All in all, very inspirational.
