When you use Layla, you really need to strategically put her in a range position because she's not built like other marksman that can fight near enemy. Been Layla player since day one and proper positioning, (or even better in the backline) she's literally a monster and can wipe out enemy team.

I tried using BOH, Hunter, Berserker, Malefic, BOD and DHS build on Layla and boy she can actually tear squishy heroes with her ult and just three shots from her skill one. The problem when using her tho is you really need to know how to place yourself especially during team fight. The further she pokes using her skill one the more itchy her damage is and if your life is already almost at half, she can easily kill you with her ult. Although she can't survive without a roamer around but she's useful during team fight. 😅

Layla is an okay hero and a monster at late game she has long range to attack towers without minions at early game use your first skill to poke and be safe then if the enemy is low enough basic atk them a few times then immediately try to stun them with second skill and finish them with ult simple even at late game you don't need ult unless you will go for a maniac or savage she just has a lot of damage like old hanabi that can 2 shot a squishy without bounce with crit build in late game
