These look like great desserts to try! I've made the Honeybun cake before and everyone loved it! I've made it several times and taken it for many occasions! The Apple Delight looks amazing! I already have two cans of apple pie filling! I might make it for Thanksgiving! I've also made an Apple Cider cake too. You probably added too much cinnamon because you used a spice cake mix. I just used a yellow cake mix and the cinnamon was enough. I had trouble finding apple cider but I found apple cider mix. I just mixed it with water and added it to the cake mixture. I took the Apple Cider cake to the physical therapy clinic. They were hesitant at first thinking they wouldn't like it but they ended up devouring it before my appointment was over! I love making cakes and taking them to my medical providers. They love the sweet treats and look forward to my visits. Thanks for sharing more great recipes!

Your Apple Delight dessert is right up my husband’s alley! If something has apples in it, he’s ready for it….😉 As you were making it, I realized that it can be made gluten free by using gf graham crackers, so we might be bringing this to our daughter’s Thanksgiving gathering this year since I won’t be able to eat their store bought pies (due to gluten issues). For anyone who would like to try the HEATH PIE without all that sugar, remove the powdered sugar and replace it with the exact same amount of ALLULOSE. Only you will first caramelize the allulose on a low heat for about 6-8 minutes Add butter and whipping cream Allulose turns into a caramel and it gives a rich flavor without all of the sugar.

Another crust option would be to use bagged Ginger snaps like you can find at Dollar Tree and crush them.

I made one that was REALLY similar but I called a Sock It To Me cake!
