Recently bought a pair of these after I heard them at the Naim factory in Salisbury, UK. I was originally contemplating the 555 streamer also by Naim, but these suited my personal requirements better in the end. Although I was listening in their demo room, what struck me was their imaging! The vocals sounded just as good whether you were in the middle of the room or at the edge of it! It's silly to say but these could be considered excellent value, given how much a good streamer, amp, cables and speaker will cost you nowadays... I also had the pleasure of speaking to Jason Gould (naim), and Jay (from Audiolounge London, who organised the tour), and they both said these have been flying off the shelves - and I can see why! I can't wait to see where this will take us in the future - perhaps a bigger version? Whatever the case, this is clearly where high end hifi is leading to, and I am all for it!
Thank you Snaker for your comment, and yes - the imaging, which is normally very good with Focal, was outstanding.
This is not where high end is going. This is where expensive lifestyle is going
Thanks -- obviously starting with large spkrs is the way to go -- one wonders if these will come in a range of sizes.
Clearly connecting the 2 spkrs together with the UWB
technology wireless pairing system is a neat solution -- but does linking the Secondary and Primary loudspeaker connection and a RJ45 cable provide a "better" sound?
[Cable connection offers a higher sample rate audio "Connexion sans-fil Connexion sans fil UWB 96 kHz/24 bits
Connexion avec Hi-Res Link 192 kHz/24 bits"]
The cable does provide a better sound. The sound becomes more lifelike almost, and you lose a bit of digital noise. That being said, the difference is only noticeable after hearing them unconnected and then connected straight after. The wireless setup is still amazing, and one would think it was connected!
Hello Andy, it depends somewhat on how far away from each other the primary and secondary are. In general, we always suggest hard-wired anytime that is an option. But as Snaker says below, the wireless option is still very, very good
Cats will love these
Thanks for your comment Woody
the suit makes this video looks like its in the 60's ....
Thank you Kaizen for your comment
Good afternoon 🍩☕️
I heard them at Toronto AudioFest..the room was too large ( hall venue) …they were ok …just ok .
The music and the room didn’t work well together..IMHO.
Now a better room (like the New York show) and better music (let’s face it ..music is the software that runs the hardware)
Now ,I’m good with powered speakers ..I’ve got a set of them at my home ….so I get them …I’ll have to have another session with my music and a more realistic room (without the room correction) .
The future looks bright.
Have a great week 🍻
Thank you Carmine, much appreciated

You claim you’ve been in this hobby for decades and this is the 1st time you’ve seen an all in 1/wireless system, you are so wrong. Kef has had several integrated/wireless system. The kef ls60 is $6000 and this system is $30k or more. The speakers look similar to kef’s ls60 except for kefs coaxial mid/tweeter.
I have heard the kefs but not these focals, but my guess based on my prior experience with focals, kefs will have a more full sound/better bottom end than the focals.
Hello User, thanks for your comment. We didn't claim that this is the 1st time I have seen an all in one wireless system; only the first one at this performance level. We are KEF dealers, with the excellent LS 60 on display here in Timonium; our LS 60 review is here: ua-cam.com/video/MPhMY7ZoSU8/v-deo.html. The DIVA is many times the price of LS 60, and naturally offers a different performance level. Both are great products
Looks similar than the kef? The focal is clearly in another technology league. The kef ls60 is a nice speaker, as is the dynaudio focus. But these are midfi systems. Lets be honest about that.

Hello Woody, we hope you get to hear these someday soon as they sound great
Felt and plastic on a €30k
speaker...seriously?? Better hope you don't own a cat or live in a humid climate with that felt. A good wool felt can't cost more than €25 per speaker.
Then you have the issue if the amp breaks you can't use the speakers.
Manufactures are really taking the piss now.
Hi BrettinLux, thank you for your comments. An extremely high density polymer cabinet like this one actually has some resonance advantages vs. most cabinets. It's true that if an amp module in one of these goes belly-up, it needs repair or replacement - but that is also true of an amp channel in a component system
This is a ridiculous product for 40k. All in one is terrible. Its always a compromise
Thank you for your comment, Tascam
Even Sony ES series and APM series from.80s blows farts on these.. 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
Overpriced overrated
Hello Robert, we're sorry that your listening sessions with these were less impressive than ours. We have the $70 k Focal Maestro here in our Experience Center, powered by a full Naim stack, and the Diva Utopia acquitted themselves very well on a wide variety of music
@GramophoneMD the Focal trio studio speakers blows and farts on these.
No wonder no studio even Sony doesn't use you're highend overrated overpriced overhyped ripoff garbge.
They use yamaha Gershmsn Focal Pmc
@GramophoneMD naim overrated overpriced overhyped ripoff
What's with the garbage 10000uf 65v X4 capistors
My pioneer from 1985 has 47.000uf 100v capiscstor and twin 1200v transformers
Look at Sony ta7n uses 4x 33.000uf 65v and twin 1200va transformer
None off you're naim has this, and also
Naim
Linn
You're sound is on the warm side, and no tone controls
Epic fail, trying to save cost and money
Even sansui technic sony Accuphase krell musical fedilty yamaha use tone controls with seperate capiscstor and 100v inphase transformers and heat sinks so it dosent interfere with signal loss
@GramophoneMD even you're focal 936 blows farts on these
You think I'm a newbie, no I'm an oldskol 80s 90s pro and also
Sony yes all copper damping and 4invh long throw double magnets, none off you're focal accept the studio series uses these.
Sony ES series uses 3 capistors for bass mid treble while you use 1 too control 3, that's epic fsil garbage junk pos to save 💰
