I have brought the Hysapientia and have been blown away by it. I also and a normal 7 litre air fryer which I have used for 3 years now, but it is now redundant This cooks way more evenly than a conventional drawer air fryer and is also a lot larger and cooks just as fast if not faster than my old air fryer.
It also looks great is any kitchen and is a round £60 cheaper than the double draw Ninja so for me being able to bake, roast, air fry and toast which it does superbly, this is a no brainer for me. As for the smoke I have not had this as I would put those sorts of thing in a dish or on top of foil so stopping and drips hitting the bottom elements. Haven't tried the rotisserie yet but I am sure it will give great results. Great oven 10/10

Hi Simon. Thanks for your comment. I agree this air fryer oven is just amazing and cooks food to perfection. I find it so much easier than my air fryer, and your right in saying it is very fast at cooking foods. Also yes putting the foods in a dish/ or foil under would solve the problem but I do like the excess fat to run when cooking kebabs for example. But I just do them in the ninja instead. Overall it is a brilliant air fryer oven 👍

Like any oven (air fryer, large conventional, or air frying oven), the drip or crumb tray will allow dripping fat to heat to smoke point. As long as your appliance is level, putting some water in the tray will prevent this. Keep an eye on the water and top up if needed. In an appliance with a lower heating element, the water evaporates faster.

@sohbia4351 As a chef, it's a trick we learned years ago. Restaurants have extractor systems, but our homes usually don't. I have this oven, and I love it. I use the black "bake tray" that comes with it as a drip tray when doing chicken or fatty food.

when cooking food like bacon in the Hysapientia put a dish of water in the bottom between the heating bars and this helps stop the smoking so its not so bad.

What I've noticed watching UA-cam video's of using an air fryer for cooking,as I have recently purchased one,a Tower vortx, after my conventional oven stopped working after nearly thirty years,is that people instead of having a main cooker, they've about six air fryers placed around the kitchen.Im new to the whole air fryer thing.I know some look flashy, but do they actually cook any better? If they do I may upgrade in the future. But the one Ive got now is good enough,it could be a bit bigger as its only 4L

Hi Dennis. I have a 9.5litre air fryer and a 24litre air fryer oven and I can honestly say I do not remember the last time I used my oven. Not only is food cooked quicker, I actually think it tastes better so for me they are so worth buying 😃👍

The tower was the worst of all the air fryers I have tried. after wiping clean all the white print disappeared, leaving you to guess where to set the Diels. The hysapientia will take a leg of lamb. whole chickens and is very easy to use, I also have a Cosorie that too is just as good but smaller.I did have a ninja drawer but did not like the drop down in method . not used main cooker in two years,it also saves electricity .I have cut my bill in half. I also use a Induction hob, faster than gas. that is also very quick.you will find you are saving money and the cost will will soon pay for itself. Briddy UK. HY-sapientia translated = Hi-Wisdom. B.

Hi Sohbia we love your videos, the Hysapienta oven do you find that you get liquid from cleaning the door behind the glass?
Now you have the Fohere too do you find the Fohere is the same oven but with manual dials?
Which model between the 2 would you buy if you were me? there is roughly £10.00 difference between them currently.
    Thanks All the best

Hi Andy. Thank you! And so far my most used is definitely the HYSapientia because I have only tried the Fohere once. So on that note I would say the Hysapientia however I assume both air fryer ovens are amazing and do the same job, I think the appearance is just different. Also no, never had an issue with liquid behind the glass. 😃👍

Hi. I am Gail, I use my partners account.
I like them in different ways. The 15:1 actually roasts, so I prefer that for joints etc, and of course, pressure cooking.
I like my tower oven for pizzas, ready meals etc ( not that we have many)
Between the two, we can have a lovely roast dinner without using the oven

I've never owned an air fryer....in fact I thought they were some gimmicky load of bollocks waste of money, pile of crap.
    Until last week 😆
I bought the Hysapientia and have used it twice so far. The pastry I made was absolutely outstanding, and my toad in the hole was delicious. I've never gotten so excited about a bloody kitchen appliance 😵
So far so perfect, I can't wait to use the rotisserie....plus I've just bought the rotisserie basket so I can try roasting coffee beans in mine ✌👍

OK my comments having owed the ninja and alternative oven too.... may I point out your video is 100% biased in favour of the single oven? Why because you listed what the ninja faults was when compared to the single oven but NOT the other way round,
So I'll give you the benefits of the ninja oven vs single....
You can set two different meal times on the ninja where they both finish at the same time, something you cannot do with the oven, cook two different meals at the same time? Cannot in the single oven, then having single elements for each draw is better than having g one in the top and one in the bottom which then can only function depending on whats cooking, now I could give you great reasons why single oven is better, the point I'm getting at is the video is flawed, and you clearly made it to be, I'll burn your video with a very easy reply, why did you put THIS Ninja up against this single oven? Anyone looking for a two draw Airfryer wouldn't be looking at a single oven would they considering that NINJA actually make a single over that would have made this test review more evenly matched,

    • @sohbia4351
      @sohbia4351  Рік тому +5

Hi John. First of all this is my comparison as they are the 2 I own. You can have your opinion, equally I can have mine. I have ALREADY done a review of the Ninja and stated all its benefits and things I dislike. I do not need to repeat myself as this is just comparing the 2 different types (air fryer vs air fryer oven).
Also let me correct you there because I clearly mentioned that the air fryer oven starts to smoke when cooking certain foods, as that is the only problem I have faced so far.
      In addition to this:
•yes you can cook 2 separate foods in the air fryer oven, one on each shelf.
•2 heating elements are better than 1 for more even cooking
•ALSO this video is made for people who cannot decide between a normal air fryer or an air fryer oven.
So thanks for your comment but its not needed as this video is not biased, its simply based on my opinion.

Your very welcome and thank you for commenting. I try and be as honest as possible regardless of whether the item has been gifted or not. The company that gifted the air fryer has also watched the video, if I was being sponsored I would not be telling people that the oven smokes 😂
