You can start by learning Python or JavaScript. They're strongly recommended for beginners since it's syntax is much simpler than other languages like C. Don't begin with a hard language, it's not good.

This is so bad in so many different ways. First, you're compiling a source code in the .cpp format. Some compilers, mainly the older ones like the one you're using, will compile this as if it were C++ source code. Then you proceed to declare your character string buffer, just to then use it in scanf. Guess what happens if your name is "Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff" and you pass that to your poor poor scanf. This is a fucking masterclass on how you can mess up in C if you don't have a clue on what you're doing.
Doing a quick search gives you the answer. - printf prints to standard output, which means that you can re-route the data elsewhere (to a file, for instance) - cprintf on the other hand, prints to the console directly, meaning that it can only be viewed on a command prompt/terminal, without option of possibly sending it elsewhere
