That's Mike. I've heard enough demos to recognize Mike's gibberish :p. Chester would have probably yelled it more like the real chorus ended up sounding. That's Mike doing the "da na na na" thing in the bridge section too. Listen to "Fear", the Leave Out All the Rest demo, and you'll see what I mean.
Definitely just Mike. It's mainly just two layers of him singing, with one being the lower part that he would likely have went on to sing in later versions of the song and the other higher part was more of a detached falsetto kinda thing that was definitely intended to be replaced by Chester when they got the lyrics sorted out.

I just listened to it again and I think it's both of them and then Mike only at 1:30 until 1:55.

Yeah I think you might be right that this song is 100% only Mike even for the harmonies.
I think the chorus has Chester, but the bridge and everything else is Mike
