In the exact moment i needed this, you appear to save me. Thanks Lama for teaching me how to use React, NextJS and other ton of things. You're amazing.
Lama you're amazing! You always deliver world-class tutorials that help the community. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us so far. Do you think we might get a React Native or qraphQL tutorial in the future?
I am new to your channel and I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy the way your teach and demonstrate how the code works. Thank you for making your videos
This is amazing you started showing beginner and went to advanced, i just found ur channel, please make more react stuff like this from beginner to advanced
I was wondering how to search using api. Thank you so much. Is there any other trick to reduce expense of searching? And can you make a video about elastic search?
You are great.. I was searching it like this way and I wanna clear my concepts too. You explain it very well to understand all concept. I really thankful that I found your video 😊🙏 keep doing
You should also lowercase the input. If a user searches for 'Fel' for example it won't find 'Felix' as it was lowercased. Out of curiosity what's the best way to highlight the searched fragment to show that for example the searched frase was part of the email or surname?
Very nice and calm explanation. Thank you so much! In my course we are using JavaScript, fetch and .then for APIs so that part was liiiiiiittle bit strange for me, but I did understand the main point THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
hey amazing... Lama this tutorial was great as usual ... good work as you ask please start making tutorial on some intermediate-level and advance-level topic. we all want to enhance our skills.
Hi , thanks for all the support for react /javascript developers, my request is please do a react video how to use* All the FORM components like radio btn, select box,Checkbox,input, ,calendar etc,and group of those elements* and practically what we use in industry to build apps **without any third part library please only use pure react with hooks***,bcz it will give the clear idea before moving in to formik or any other libruary,i would appreciate if u can use Mongodb for this.I know u will help on this.
@@bo4695 Of course, this debounce serves to identify if the user continues typing or if he has finished. That is, if the user types 'G' after 500 milliseconds the endpoint is called. If the user types 'Gab' the endpoint will be called after the letter 'b' and after 500 milliseconds
Hey Lama, great video thanks for your effort. I have one more question though. You skipped the part where you changed the structure of your folders and created the API. How exactly did you create it? I can see there are autogenerated files like yarn.lock. Is there a good and fast way to do that? Thanks in advance!

ty for your simple explaination!
you make it look so easy 👍
maybe it would be nice to show how to cleanup the useEffect in this tutorial too
best Filter Tutorial 👌 thank you 🧡
To avoid calling the backend on every word I prefer to use this hook:
import React from 'react';
```export const useDebounceValue = (value: number | string, delay = 500) => {
const [debounceValue, setDebounceValue] = React.useState(value);
React.useEffect(() => {
const handler = setTimeout(() => setDebounceValue(value), delay);
return () => {
clearTimeout(handler);
}
}, [value, delay]);
}```
Hey mate, can you explain how this works in a simple manner? thanks, sorry for the trouble
Of course, this debounce serves to identify if the user continues typing or if he has finished.
