Throughout October, we’ll run a KAL and celebrate all things socks! Whether you’re a seasoned sock knitter or looking to cast on your very first pair, Socktober has something for everyone.

We are excited to kick off this year’s Socktober on October 1st with a special 4-hour LIVE Sockathon! We will cast our socks together for the KAL.

Share the Zanete Knits sock pattern you chose in the comments, and connect with fellow sock enthusiasts. We will be casting on on October 1st, but you can enter with a WIP, too. For now - simply join us here and let us know which socks will be your KAL project.

Hello from Maryland, USA. Sadly, my sock yarn has not arrived yet. However, I will enjoy watching and learning from knitters from all over the world. I will cast on when the yarn gets here. So wonderful to see so many knitters.

Couldn't find a link to the zoom this morning but it did show up on You Tube about 11 am. I followed along and got my Rhubarb and Custards cast on and half the toe done.
