- We are a chauffeur company specialising in executive travel and know the airport terminals like the back of our hands. We also know that many people struggle and stress about the maze of roads, the abundance of signage and the correct places to park at the terminals so we are producing a series of videos that advise you of the very best places to park which are the most convenient for the arrivals halls.
Hi everyone. Thank you all so much for your comments on this video and I have noted that a few people would like me to do the same for more terminals. This morning I have just ordered a new GoPro Hero 8 so will get around to them just as soon as we all return to work after this damn COVID 19 situation. I'm planning on doing the drop off and pick up approaches for as many airports and other public places I feel folk would benefit from. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this brilliant video. I have just driven a car to Heathrow Airport and this is extremely helpful. Although video was from 7 years ago, it’s still almost up-to-date. (The only difference is that you could not park 15 yards from the arrival as they mark that area as priority area. Don’t worry. Just drive along as the video has suggested and do not drive into barrier.)

Just a quick note to say how helpful this video was for me this week (30th June 2022). The final part has slightly changed now where you drive outside. Its now coned off so you have to turn right at 3:35 on your video. However it does not really matter. I was still able to park on level one really close to T2. Thank you for taking the time to upload this video.

Thanks Colin for posting these videos. For anyone new to the private luxury car service your videos alleviate any worrys and stress and leave no surprises upon reaching the terminals. Also for anyone new to the business out there , If you are meeting a domestic flt , dont forget to go to domestic arrivals !! Not like me , standing with my Ipad at international.....

Thank you so much and I'm so glad you find it informative. The final bit there has changed recently because they have made where you come out into the open air premium parking/valet so simply park on that level somewhere, there are usually plenty of spaces.

Thanks Colin, It's been ten years since I last picked up anyone from Heathrow. This time I arrived in the dark which can make things even more confusing. But big thanks to your instructions in this video I had no problem and drove into the carpark level one like I'd been doing it every week. You saved me a load of hassle. 👍

Outstanding video with everything I was after info wise , I’m going down about 8pm like you did parking t2 shirt stay for a week and would have pain on the Heathrow official parking website no third parties for me . We are also staying a night at Hilton hotel which they say is a 5’min walk from t2 terminal . I actually thought I saw this to the left when you were about to park . Cheers my friend superb and clear . 👍 I’m only in Hemel Hempstead but have early flight so always nice to relax with a night in hotel coupe of beers with the wife lol

Basically coming out of the tunnel keep right all the way through until you reach the barriers then use one of the barriers on the left to get in

Hi, just one update to this so helpful video. From 23/03/2021 from the minute 3:31 the road is closed and you are going to go on the right and to park somewhere over there. How ever the arrivals are just in front of you! Thanks for your help with this video!

Absolutely superb video! Very detailed and you are an extremely intelligent gentleman! I am heading out there tomorrow so fingers crossed all goes smoothly. I know this video was made all the way back in 2015 but I found it extremely helpful. I have also checked on Google earth for any changes of route since then but it looks very much the same as when you made the video.

Please note, especially if you are parking to pick someone up they they have changed the very last bit where I suggest you part in that they have made that a valet section but you are still able to park in that general area. Ib S Hi again. Basically that level is still best as it’s usually the least full as most people come off at the first or second level after entering from the top. There is an illuminated board which tells you how many spaces there are on each floor. From there take the lift up to departures. 😃

Thanks for doing this. Watched it cos I find lots of signs for LONG STAY but the SHORT STAY sign is laughably late, and sadly this vid doesn't quite address that. And can anyone give the one correct postcode? Seen several.
Still current but section level 1 right next to the arrivals (where he parked) now gated off and additional cost to get that close. Can still park close ish to arrivals in main carpark level 1.

Thanks for this post. So the 'drop off' only (5.00 fee) is the middle lane and to park for arrivals is right hand lane when going up towards carpark.

Do I need to prebook online in order to guarantee a space? Prebooking is very expensive now, about £64 for only 3 hours when 3 years ago it was about a third of that. Getting a ticket on the day is much much cheaper but I can't afford not to have a space.

I went there today - but you can no longer get through to the outside - they have made it valet parking only - but i still got close to T2
This might sound dumb, but I’d really like to see the button for issuing the ticket. I’ve never used these and I’m scared the first time I use it I might not know which button it is and embarrass myself
