I think £67.50 is pretty reasonable for a full starter set. Both the plastic sets are about £40 each and that's not including all the extras. To get a new person into Kill Team, I think this will do nicely.
It's the usual starter kit price. I guess they used MDF terrain to keep it at that level? Either way, you're right, it's still a great set for beginners
13:01 I guess you are wrong, it's going to be 67.50 GBP exactly as before, keep in mind the plastic in previous one was the darker chinese one which is equally cheap compared to MDF and we now have an actual cardboard battlemap, against the thin plastic paper of last edition.
Really? Where did you see that? I guess it makes sense, all their other "starter level" sets are that price. And it's not awful value. I'd just have liked it to be a bit lower to help promote the game more.
@@TODrollsdice GW always increases prices or stay at same level with less content/value, don't even hope for the opposite...they cleverly insert push-fit old models (the cheapest solution for them) but those that were a kind of limited at the time, so it's a win-win for them, as we will run as silly people to get these models finallly available for everybody clearing their old stocks and asking to produce even more due to high demand this box will have. A round of applause to GW once again.
I was kinda hoping they would stop taking the piss as a lot of their boxes this year have been decent value. But then 40k does seem to have it's own higher price point than anything else they sell. Still, as long as their shareholders are happy 😩
