In this video we will go for silent walk to the lake side. What does it mean silent walk? Yogic practice when you walk and observe your each step also mentally repeating Om sound . After reaching lake we have some time rest after walk doing meditation and then we start chanting bajans . Today also our staff is demonstrating cleansing exersice called kriya .
