Of course you've got RA with Uncommon Valor, Vinnie Paz also have some bangers (his verse on Blaq Poets "Looking for Trouble" is slept on, and that's one of his best 16s). Even in UK you've got spitters like Chester P who's track"Wickerman Theory" I would put up against almost everyone.
Benny makes banger tracks, that I cannot object to, but if we're talking straight pen game, there are better cats, and I say it with all the respect in the world. Some younger cats also spit fire, A-F-R-O or Intell (2nd Generation Wu) have wayy crazier rhyme schemes.

Plus there are many great groups that I love, Mobb Deep being one of them, and very influential ones like 2Pac, but I know fully well that their rhyme patterns were not as complicated as all of the cats we mentioned and more (even mainstream ones like f.e. Big L). That being said, it's not that they are worse than them, it's just this one specific area of expertise that we're discussing. F.e. Aesop Rock uses the most unique words compared to ALL mainsteam rappers (they compared unique words per 100) - does that mean he's the best rapper ever? Hell no!
Plus listening to all super-technical cats can be exhausting at times :P
