We had the honor of visiting Finca Oveja Negra in Apaneca, hosted by the Mendoza Brothers. They provided us with an educational tour, showcasing their exceptional farming practices that produce high-quality specialty coffees such as Geisha, Kenyan, and Bourbon. We learned about their various fermentation methods, including washed, honey, and natural processes, which contribute to making El Salvador renowned for its coffee.
