It’s just a strip of lights with thin diffusion foam padding. I had to open it when I broke it, It involved a drill and a lot of nervousness

What’s the best company to buy a neopixel blade for dueling purposes?

I wouldn’t duel with a Neopixel, it is full of an led light strip and it very easy to damage it, maybe light sparring, but they’re going to cost you $50-$100 to replace unless you know how to use a soldering iron.
