If you have plantar fasciattis then I think you're meant to keep your shoes on to support the foot throughout the whole day. From first thing in the morning.
Awww...sorry your team "lost" but being next to first of everyone isn't so bad. (I hope.) Glad it was a "family affair" at least. 😁 It has been dry here for MONTHS and last vid I wished for some of your rain, and all week and today plus more forecasted has rolled in, off and on! The ground here actually has like half inch cracks allllll in the ground. Bit disturbing. Moving on. Lots of room in a hotel is SUCH a "small thing" that makes a BIG difference. Yay for that! You are not annoying. Don't call yourself names. 💜 Get that "all clear" before going out. Look how far you are in your healing. Don't hit the reset! I have been doing that thing to relax myself where you take a nice breath in (filling the lungs nicely but not to the max) and a longer one out, a few times, calmly. There's a science behind it but I forget how to explain it. Give it a try at any moment through your day. Way to cross train, go you!! Ooo...have you ever noticed Gymshark has an app? It's blue and called "Training" (at least on my phone). Other than Yoga, which I don't muck with, they have a wide range of self paced/timed and structured workouts (which I don't do) and Follow-alongs (which I do...do, hehe). I like the people named Izzy and Jake. I recommend it! Keep up the self care. ❤

Hi Lucy. Sorry to hear your having a bad week. Hopefully it will all get better soon. Pleased to hear you've got exercises to do to sort out the problem with yr foot. I've seen my physio about my sciatica and I'm currently doing the exercises she set me. Hopefully we'll both be back at it soon. Take care hun. Xx
