The only recording I know of with Grist, at least in the final trio, is in a live Marilyn Horne concert. Horne sings the Marschallin, Grist is Sophie and Von Stade (I think, but a not positive) is Octavian. It is one of 12 recordings I have of the trio. I only have 8 of the opera at this time. Thanks for posting this one, but I must admit that I am not crazy about Rysanek. She's flat at times (not that unusual). Also, I think the tempo is too slow. But a new trio is always great to hear! :-)
@Robert Lee, Countertenor though she started out as a soprano. And Christa Ludwig sang the Marschallin in the Bernstein recording. Though that's not my favorite.
@celestevt Sorry it was not Grist. That was The Met.
Reri Grist I remember as Sophie...Where can I hear this whole performance?
Right not Grist....I'm still waiting to hear that one too.
If this is Krips' 1971 Vienna live performance, then Sophie should be Hilde de Groote according to Opera Depot information.
Who is singing Sophie?

@Robert Lee, Countertenor I was surprised too. She sounded beautiful though. It's a miracle that she's survived pancreatic cancer for all these years!
@Robert Lee, Countertenor beautiful! Thanks!
