I really like the workouts but I find my side starts to cramp up?? I try and fix my form but that cramp keeps coming back, what am I going wrong?
i think thats kind of normal if its sore as ur working out that part but im no professional!
hi ! I'm no professional but make sure you stretch h regularly after every workout and before every workout! this can help with soreness!! 🩶🩶
