Looks very similar to the bucket leg we had in our bean barn, I like the plexiglass window that one has. I hated when the leg plugged, nice modifications you did to that one. Lots of cups to bolt on. Good job guys!
Very interesting video. I've worked with bucket elevators in Industry but never agriculture and I'm surprised by the differences. Mostly that this doesn't have a proximity sensor on the tail pulley to detect if the machine is running or not. I can't imagine the amount of damage we'd have in our Industrial machinery without failsafes like those, probably would be burning through a lot of belts like this one did.

Thank you so much for watching.

I believe the customer installed one...
@@wildcatwilly not a bad idea, I know famers are on thin margins so downtime really hurts. Cool video, thanks.
Nice job that baby ought to move some grain for sure 👍👍👍👏
Thanks for watching.
Maybe you said but , how tall was the leg? What was the bushel per hour capacity? How many horsepower was the Baldor, motor?
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking?
Cold but beautiful 👍🏻. 4X6 buckets??
Yep Universal C3 Leg
Running 700BPH
@@wildcatwilly very similar to ours 🙂👍🏻… cept ours was made in 1912. Ours is spread trunk with a app 32” drive pulley👌😁
Sounds like it'll move some grain.
@@wildcatwilly Basically same as the one you were working on 🙂. We did put a two speed drive to match the cleaner on soybeans, and limit damage 👍🏻
Why there is no censor for inspection of any broken bucket .. because there should be one to avoid this problem
Customer didn't want any sensors.
👍👏👏👏
Thanks for watching.
