unpopular opinion, I see no issue with griefing heartsteel. How is it any different than grabbing champs you dont need to limit the pool stopping someone from hitting 3*, or even 2* on some champs? Its part of the game, and if you dont like it, dont play heartsteel.
it wasnt self preservation, holding champs to deny a 3* is fine because you will eventually have to fight that person. rayditz specifically said that the person griefed the heartsteel player by "ffing", forfeiting, meaning they literally exited the game with a placement lower than the heartsteel player, just to ruin their game for no gain
