- City and Arsenal shared the Premier League spoils as the two title contenders fought out a combative goalless Easter Sunday draw at the Etihad.
In what was a tense, feisty affair, chances proved at a premium at both ends of the field as for the first time in 58 games City were denied a goal on home soil.
Nathan Ake and Mateo Kovacic both went close for City whilst former Blue Gabriel Jesus and sub Leandro Trossard threatened for the visitors.
In the end though, the two were forced to settle for a point with Liverpool emerging as new leaders after their earlier 2-1 win at home to Brighton.

Credit to Arsenal for holding them out, but this was one sloppy and frustrating game to watch. Nerves and long break from each other and it was noticeable
Haaland has some extreme qualities, but he also has some glaring weaknesses. He looks clumsy as a clown sometimes, and can miss some enormous chances and easy passes. I actually think both he and Grealish had a kind of mental block after winning everything last season, they are not as hungry this year (I know Grealish had injuries, but he was horrible at the start of the season). Not that I blame them, when you make that much money and get to slam a model every night it is hard to be hungry for more success, I suppose...
Li-VAR-pool is going to win in all, and Salah will get the golden boot. I disagree with your analysis, saying that they aren't hungry. Haaland had a fantastic last year, it appears that all the praise has gotten to his head, above all, Haaland wasted enormous chances this season in games that City either drew or lost, all these squandered chances have been helping both Arsenal and Li-VAR-pool. Julián Álvarez must leave City. Guardiola does not appreciate it. Grealish, Doku, Bernardo before him? Julián has always performed when he played. He has a very good average of goals and assists, and he still doesn't consider him a starter? For more, Haaland always disappears in important games, and Julián does not. He has scored goals in decisive matches. Julián has shown that he should be in spicy games, like the World Cup.
