That's why I will never vote for NDC because of the person who founded it, Rawlings. I feel like these people blood will be on my hands if I vote for Rawlings and NDC.
I don't think is a fair assessment of the situation. There was a court with judges and commission that condemned the generals to death. It wasn't a decree from Rawlings, if anything there has been a lot of evidence that he was trying to save most of them, however, the temperature was hot he couldn't do anything. Gen. I.K's right-hand man Major Adjei-Ampofo gave an account of how Rawlings consulted with them to avert the situation.

Africa’s underlying problem is not neocolonialism but rather official corruption, which started from Nkrumah’s regime,bad governance and absence of technology to extract and add value to our natural resources in Africa.
If now fragmented Africa becomes a single entity in future and the underlying problems,especially bad governance now inhibiting economic growth in individual Africa countries persist the continent would still be an empty giant.
So clearly the focus must be on good governance in individual Africa countries before long lasting africa union can be achieved.
