Help please! We just got this game yesterday and my son LOVES it. But when he fully closed the software for the game in the switch menu, all his progress was lost. How do we save the beys he has unlocked? (Or alternatively, what did he do wrong to "restart" so we don't make the same mistake?)

Hey I figured out a secret mode on apolo and Artemis if you don't put in the God chip and put the Bey together with out it then when its put together move the layer like your trying to take the layer apart and it will act as a burst stop (TRY IT OUT IN A VIDEO PLZ)
How do I get this in Japanese nintendo eshop? I made a Japanese account for my switch but no matter if I search with the US keyboard or the Japanese keyboards the switch doesn't show the game in the eshop.
