RX TX AND SCL SDA NOT SAME.The TX and RX pins are used for the Serial UART protocol. The TX and RX refer to Transmitter and Reciever. (Or some other variants of these words).
The.SDA and SCL are the pins for the I2C protocol. These pins refer to Serial Data and Serial Clock.
