In 1983, I attended Last Days Ministries' Intensive Christian Training School. Leonard Ravenhill was a neighbour and a friend of LDM. I had the privilege of sitting under his ministry one evening as he would come regularly to LDM. To be honest, I do not know any such preacher today. We desperately need such preaching in our day as spiritual deception is far & wide spread!
We are in desperate need of? We are One prayer away from having whatever we need. Philippians 4:19 says, "My God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in Glory by Christ Jesus" We need only pray that God sent more laborers into the harvests.(Matthew 9:38). God has given us, His Holy Spirit( He is our teacher) He (the Holy Spirit) is more than sufficient, for any circumstance the devil can throw at us, or the church. Thank God for Spirit-led teachers, but even if none should arise, the Holy Spirit whom God has given us will never leave us, nor forsake us and He will guide us into all truth" (John 14:16). Let us acknowledge our need of the Holy Spirit, and open up our lives to His leading. 🙏

I think that is a weak statement. Why do we need more pastors like him? To give more of these sermons? To get more people into Christianity? I loved listening to David Wilkerson. I got to visit your church quite a few years ago, but Wilkerson had already passed away. I miss him and now missing Charles Stanley too.

I’m a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ when the opportunity presents itself, and in my opinion, Ravenhill was just one of the few, he was just one of a small handful of solid Godly men, like David Wilkerson, RBT, and a very small handful of others. They were true prophets of God, and tried to wake Christians up to live a solid righteous, holy, and obedient life for the Lord. They were ridiculed, made fun of, vilified,…etc., and yet look at America now? A cesspool, morally and spiritually bankrupt, everything that has happened in America is the absolute fault of the Christian leadership. Instead of preaching righteousness, holiness, obedience, overcoming, workingout your salvation with fear and trembling, denying yourself and taking up our cross and follow Jesus, reckoning ourselves dead to sin, presenting our bodies a living sacrifice, no longer live for ourselves but for Him who died for us all and rose again, sowing to the Spirit and not to the carnal flesh, stop sinning, bearing Christ like fruit,…etc for the Lord Jesus Christ, instead they are preaching a bunch of nonsense, like…how to have faith and get what you want, how to have faith and just speak the word and it will come to pass, go knock on doors and get people saved instead of praying and listening during prayer to see and understand what the Lord is wanting from you to do, and not what the church leaders and pastors want from you to do,…etc., the list goes on and on. I’ve even heard just by chance that a minister was preaching a sermon about basketball and Kobe Bryant! Many times these preachers just regurgitate Bible stories. About 98 to 99% of church leaders are not spending adequate hours of time in prayer to hear from the Lord, they are too busy making plans and different kinds of gimmicks like entertainment, concerts, and fun gatherings to attract people to add to the church and increase church funds, they are all cisterns full of holes that cannot hold any water. We, the Christian leaders are to blame as to why America has fallen so much, and I guarantee everyone, this is a promise that she (America) will NEVER be what it was decades ago, NEVER. It all started with getting rid of the Holy Bible from schools and public places back in the early 60’s, to abortion on demand,…etc and we see the results. We are finished, only those who are living an absolute righteous, holy, and obedient life for the Lord will see God’s mercy and navigate them through the disaster ahead and from the absolute chaos that is on the way, and if any of you think you’re going to get raptured before then, here is a rude surprise…think again. God help us, we are to blame for the chaos and the horror ahead.

I have nothing left within me to survive, and I know that in my weakness, His strength is revealed. In 1984 when I got saved, I found brother Clendenen at the tent Revival, I could have gone to Texas or New York to get under Raven hell at times also but I did not know about him and he was in his last years of preaching, but I did hear him on tape 10 years later and even though I teach and preach the word I still must hear brother Raven Hill and my mentor who died 10 years ago.

God says in (3 John 1:3) "Beloved, I desire above all things that you may Prosper, be in Health (even as) your Soul prospers" (1 Timothy 4:8) says "Having promise of life that now is, and that which is to come." Respectfully, if there is lukewarmness in our life, we have only one place to look and that's in the mirror. 🙏

Raven Hill and my mentor Bert Clendenen, they know each other and preach that Dave Wilkinson and he preached for them, well both of them always left me cut and bleeding. That is the job especially of an evangelist and even a pastor. That is to reach in and touch you where it hurts and you bleed so you can began to work on that area. My mentor that planted the school of Christ in 176 countries translated into 52 different languages and Ravenhill gave me the backbone to follow Christ

He wrote several short articles in Keith Green’s “last days ministries pamphlets .
I still keep this monthly articles because they remind me of Gods love and care for me over the years.
I am now 64 years young and looking forward to seeing everyone who’s placed their faith in Jesus Christ in the Rapture.

Yes, Brother Wilkerson used to speak a lot about Leonard Ravenhill, as they both were associated with Keith Greene's ministry in Texas. This was in Brother Ravenhill's last years in the 80's

I’m a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ when the opportunity presents itself, and in my opinion, Ravenhill was just one of the few, he was just one of a small handful of solid Godly men, like David Wilkerson, RBT, and a very small handful of others. They were true prophets of God, and tried to wake Christians up to live a solid righteous, holy, and obedient life for the Lord. They were ridiculed, made fun of, vilified,…etc., and yet look at America now? A cesspool, morally and spiritually bankrupt, everything that has happened in America is the absolute fault of the Christian leadership. Instead of preaching righteousness, holiness, obedience, overcoming, workingout your salvation with fear and trembling, denying yourself and taking up our cross and follow Jesus, reckoning ourselves dead to sin, presenting our bodies a living sacrifice, no longer live for ourselves but for Him who died for us all and rose again, sowing to the Spirit and not to the carnal flesh, stop sinning, bearing Christ like fruit,…etc for the Lord Jesus Christ, instead they are preaching a bunch of nonsense, like…how to have faith and get what you want, how to have faith and just speak the word and it will come to pass, go knock on doors and get people saved instead of praying and listening during prayer to see and understand what the Lord is wanting from you to do, and not what the church leaders and pastors want from you to do,…etc., the list goes on and on. I’ve even heard just by chance that a minister was preaching a sermon about basketball and Kobe Bryant! Many times these preachers just regurgitate Bible stories. About 98 to 99% of church leaders are not spending adequate hours of time in prayer to hear from the Lord, they are too busy making plans and different kinds of gimmicks like entertainment, concerts, and fun gatherings to attract people to add to the church and increase church funds, they are all cisterns full of holes that cannot hold any water. We, the Christian leaders are to blame as to why America has fallen so much, and I guarantee everyone, this is a promise that she (America) will NEVER be what it was decades ago, NEVER. It all started with getting rid of the Holy Bible from schools and public places back in the early 60’s, to abortion on demand,…etc and we see the results. We are finished, only those who are living an absolute righteous, holy, and obedient life for the Lord will see God’s mercy and navigate them through the disaster ahead and from the absolute chaos that is on the way, and if any of you think you’re going to get raptured before then, here is a rude surprise…think again. God help us, we are to blame for the chaos and the horror ahead.

AMEN. I must work out my salvation with fear and trembling, for I serve a jealous God. Wash and regenerate my mind from worldly thinking by the Word of God being consumed and stored within me. Trust in Jesus to lead me and direct me daily; no just once a week. Trust and obey. There is no other way.
Sad, so MANY don't have a relationship with Jesus. Father gave me a waking vision of in the clouds. HE let me feel what it's like in a glorified body and HE showed me how FEW have a relationship with Jesus. Soon The Holy Spirit will be taken out and the pestilence comes down. Until then HE is still listening. Will you call out? Your choice.
Oh how I need Him!! I am a born again believer, and yet am struggling with deep depression (since childhood psychological and sexual abuse). I have nothing left within me to survive, and I know that in my weakness, His strength is revealed.
I don’t know how to let go and allow the Lord to carry this weight that is destroying me… I can’t see Him anymore, and the heavens are as brass. I fear that I am lost. Cannot read the Word, which is Life to our flesh!
I don’t understand what is happening! I am on Psych medications and am in the process of weaning off these toxic mixtures. There is brain damage (cognitive decline) and physical (brain) injury from these life altering drugs. God help me!! 🙏

I am 70 and I despise this world system more everyday yet I must love the people while I'm in this world, despite the world I must tell them the good news. In 1984 when I got saved, I found brother Clendenen at the tent Revival, I could have gone to Texas or New York to get under Raven hell at times also but I did not know about him and he was in his last years of preaching, but I did hear him on tape 10 years later and even though I teach and preach the word I still must hear brother Raven Hill and my mentor who died 10 years ago.
