    Hate when companies and organisations make their workers hide their identities and personalities. Especially when they are public facing. If you ask me i would rather a person with uniqueness and personality help me rather than a uniform worker who is exactly the same as another. As a human we are all different naturally in many ways its nice to see that the ambulance service encourages its staff to be open about who they are

      Not sure if English is your first language but, the video was not about healthcare inequalities. It was about diversity, inclusivity and visibility of staff…
