I'm glad I'm not the only 1 who drives with the roof down in winter. Loud music, roof down, music on max, heated seats on, and a cigarette. Makes night time driving amazing 👏 you do get some weird looks though.
Went out for a night time drive in the Peak District last week in the 435D with the top down (but all windows up) and all parts of the comfort pack operating. It was pleasantly warm all the way even when the outside temp was down to 2C and we were doing about 40-45 MPH on a twisty road. Lower down, we hit a bypass at 55+ with the temp about 6C and still warm. One thing that wasn't done in the video is rotating the knob between the central vents on the dash so it shows red rather than blue, and that puts more warm air at high level - I'd recommend that. So long as it's not raining it isn't often going to be too cold to have the roof down in England.
It’s the best time. The sun isn’t beating down on you and the is just crisp. If your convertible has air scarf technology then even better otherwise the seat heaters are just as great

12 degrees on a sunny day and the roof goes down on mine. 🤣
