Is there a way to improve the delay between the two? I'm getting a small bit of delay and I'm hoping I can minimize it, is there a way to display the phone on PC if it's plugged in negating the need for a wireless connection?

I know Its been months since you made this comment but I have a basic solution If you still need it. Download EasyCast for your PC and for your Android phone. Make sure Both are connected to the same wireless router and then open the app from your phone (and Pc). Your should see the option to connect from there.
1) type "projection settings" in search. 2) turn on your wifi on laptop or PC 3) click on "add optional features" and install "wireless display" All done.. Hope this helps

I know Its been months since you made this comment but I have a basic solution If you still need it. Download EasyCast for your PC and for your Android phone. Make sure Both are connected to the same wireless router and then open the app from your phone (and Pc). Your should see the option to connect from there.
