    I have a 12 on the fence either JDM or L&M. Notice any power gains ?

      So, the JDM engineering cams are much bigger than the L&M NSR cams. The JDM cam specs are 238/247 @ .050 Duration and .545”/.545” max lift. While the L&M NSR cams are much smaller at 239/247 @ .050" Duration and 460/460" Max Lift. The JDM cams will need upgraded valve springs, which they include in their kit, but there's more labor involved. The NSR cams drop right in, but they don't make the same power as the JDM cams. If you're planning to maybe one day build your bottom end, I'd do the JDM cams. If you're planning to leave it alone, then the NSR cams might be a better option. Hopefully, this helps. I know it's kinda long.

      @@GT500guy I pick up a 2.3 vmp gen 1 for good price but want cams. Either way am going to change springs and retainers am there also replace cam drive kit do it right. 134k miles it's my daily driver lol oli change ever 3k miles. I'd like to make 800 to the wheels
