I am not a fan of RNG in general. I've stopped playing games before due to the RNG system. For example, Transformers Devastation was a cool game but i was just fed up with their RNG system. Same goes for Nioh 1. I only pushed myself to keep playing Nioh 2, didn't want the RNG to be in my way because i really loved the gameplay. As for Wo Long. It was a mess from every angle! I wasn't interested from the start, i only played it because there was nothing else to play during that time. The game is ok and i could get a little bit of enjoyment out of it when i played it with friends online, even if it was for the wrong reasons (glitches and random teleportation all over the place kept us entertained.) I felt like $60 was blatant robery! I would've appreciated it more if such game was released during the PS1 era. But there is no excuse nowadays for such broken barely funcional game, with little things to do in combat even. I am well aware of the abilities they've added in the DLC, and i saw it coming, i expected they would add a third ability slot when it's already too late.... i don't think that will change my opinion about it. I just hope Team Ninja learned something from that mistake and try to make games their own way without trying too hard to make it as close as possible to Fromsoft games. AND without their usual crappy story patern, guardian spirits and that pointless slideshow no one wants to watch!
@@XLHGladiator What a cool response! I didn't know you felt that way even about the Nioh games and I'm sorry you had to push yourself there too. I agree though. It was way too much time spent in menus and fiddling with numbers and materials. I agree about Wo Long too. A bad and overly simplistic mess from the beginning. I felt betrayed because they cashed in on the reputation they gained from the Nioh games. The DLC they added was too little and too late. I never bothered with it myself and don't care that it exists since the base game was so crappy. Thanks for taking the time to talk!
I haven't finished the game yet but, while i was playing i had few favorites that i kept switching between. I like them in this order: 1.Wind, Ice, Earth, Fire. 2.Light. 3.Thunder, Darkness.
