Now a days I am seeing all the roads are made with concrete and as you said the temperature is doubled and in the evening the temperature is again released ,as it acts as a heat pump so .. we are seeing it is very hot even after sunset. We need to start designing things accordingly to our surroundings as well not just because it is easy and cheaper.
