Sometimes I wonder, if (G)I-DLE wasn't the youngest participating group in that show (they were literally a single year into the game) and if they had a bigger fanbase, could they have won Queendom? Their performances continue to have the most views on UA-cam, and they (arguably) made that show famous through their performances and in turn that show made (G)I-DLE famous as well for giving them an opportunity to perform those stages they otherwise would have never performed.
I keep thinking what if old ladies weren't the ones judging Put It Straight... :P And what if, rather than respecting 2NE1, they had the courage to (G)I-DLEify Fire much more...

Put it straight Nigtmare performance was so good. Their stage presence is on another level. Not hating on the other contestants but Idle should've won Queendom.

I can't help thinking what they would be like now if they still had Soojin. Imagine her in Tomboy or Nude? They are so good and so deep that you would never notice anything is missing, but when you look back and see how charismatic she is and what presence she had. Wow.
I actually saw them 2 days ago in Paris for their first WT going through Europe, they absolutely devoured that stage. Crazy atmosphere, amazing vocals and showmanship, just the best K-pop concert I've been to so far, which is nothing short of f*ing impressive considering they had tough competition :O

(if that is true then that is amazing that they had the smallest fan base in the show and was still in the top 3) I am just happy this show was able to show others how awesome they are. I can't take away from the winners, Mamamoo because they constantly did great during the show and something about their live vocals really draw me in. They also were really good at interacting and making memories with the audience this boosted the experience when none of the other contestants really clearly interacted with the audience. In all, they made phenomenal performances with great stage presence, audience interaction, and high-tier vocals(harmonies, technique, adlibs, dynamics, etc.. the whole package). I think that Mamamoo did deserve to win and I don't understand the hate towards their win. I still constantly listen to Destiny(the song they did for the live comeback). On Queendom (G)-idle and Mamamoo were my top favorites.

I think when Queendom actually has a comeback show, no group will EVER be able to top the collective genius of (G)I-dle. Every single performance was brilliant, and, if you were able to actually watch the show in it’s entirety, they had brainstorm meetings that were waaaay outside the box compared to the others. They were also the youngest and newest group on the show, and got 3rd place behind MAMAMOO and Oh My Girl. I didn’t like the voting for the Final, because fans were able to vote over text message, and every MOOMOO in Asia flooded it with votes for MAMAMOO and they performed last. 🤬Total set up, IMHO.

If you watch Soyeon during these Queendom performances, in almost every song, she gets this wry smile like she's thinking "we're killing this s**t." Mamamoo may have won this "competition" but the real winners were (G)I-dle and Oh My Girl. They got exposure to new audiences which helped them both blow up on their subsequent releases. ( I also say that the real, real winner of the show was Jiho from OMG. She just radiated throughout their performances).
