Very nice build. It is nice to see my repaints and mods built. This was a very early Scissor's & Planes model with no landing gear. I modified the wings, tail, nose and other parts. You did build the spinner and propeller the way that I do. The back part of the spinner is part of the fuselage and the blades get put forward of the black spinner line, great job. When I build the models I cut the connecting stripes off and glue them inside to connect the fuselage. Cheers, Brent
Thanks good buddy! It really is a beauty. I got attracted to them because of the unusual variety of aircraft offered. Also save on a lot of space. Cheers my friend.
I think the wing was of older design, which had very good lift. But when the P51 and it's Laminar Flow wing design came along it was a game changer. Faster, more range, easier to handle.
For sure. I have seen so many of them and also sporting different insignias. Hoping that S&P authors produce many of them for us to enjoy. Cheers and one love my friend.
THAT turned out great! I am amazed that you can keep those wings straight and true. If I don't have ribs, gussets and other structures, I seem to always build in twists. Nice work! -Dan P.S. Agree about the P-40. I heard it was really nice in a turn. I bet it didn't have the altitude performance or top speed which was largely an engine issue. Others chime in and fix my thoughts! In any event...P-40s are AWESOME! 😉
Thanks brother! I agree, they are actually awesome! need to show the same love for them. These small models can be a real challenge especially when trying not to build them twisted. That's why I eventually did a check each time I built a section. fit check then glue. Anyone out of alignment I sometimes twist into submission! (doesn't always work). Hoping the very best for you and yours my friend, One love.
@@JulioHernandez-zs5pb the next video is going to be about the tools I use and some tips on where to buy them and how to use them. Tips and tools...yeah that's what I will call it. Cheers.
I seriously wish there were at least some instructions for thee models. I end up looking and not understanding what are some parts for, then I throw everything into trash. Some vary basic instructions would be nice, too. How do you do the landing legs? Toothpick? The antenna mast?
@@neilpapermodels Your presentations are very welcome, i was thinking it would be nice to have some general instructions with the downloaded models :) Right now I have no idea how to finish my P-47 :D
Scissors and Planes models ARE addictive 😅 Me and my 5 year old son love your videos.
This is really awesome to hear. Hail the little captain for me. Thanks so much for your support. More models to come. One love.

A really nice model I wish they just had a plain variant without any markings on it
