The 107 hatch does not open from the front. Only the one 127 does. I looked at the 2021 model and that was what made me think about getting the 127. It is a bit more in price and heavier. I fly fish and would like to store the rods in the hatch but only opening from the back on the 107 was an issue.

Hey you are correct. The 107 hatch only opens from the rear. Thanks for stopping by and checking out our videos.

The videos I saw of the 107 show the front hatch opening both ways. To open from the front, you would squeeze the tabs together and raise the hatch
