Sir, fixtures were to place is it on fixed machine or moving machine, your video shows moving machine,some other shows fixed machine,which is correct

Its depends. some time we have not provision on fixed machine due to obstructions then we put on moving machine but the main thing, consider the plus minus accordingly.
It is always easy for us if dial indicator is keep at moveable machine.
