Regine has become better singer in recent years. That being said, I've looked back at some of her older performances that I wasn't a fan of, and somehow my opinion has changed. I like them more.
She really doesn’t have Whistle but what she does have is a great head voice which extends up to B6 which is the proper way to hit 6th octave notes then above that she hits whistle notes on C7 all the way up to D7
