Urban Cedar Salvage! Saving Cedar logs from the landfill

I got a call from my good friend, Tyler Muth of Dr. Hingewood Tree Service about a residential lot he was clearing that had several beautiful cedar trees on it. I do the best I can to keep these kinds of logs out of the landfill. This lot is being cleared for a new construction and we were able to pull 9 beautiful red cedar logs out of it. All of these logs will be milled on our Woodmizer into dimensional lumber and used for things that will (hopefully) be around for another long period of time!
I want to give a huge thank you to Tyler for making this happen. Tyler and his employees are skilled tree fallers and do incredible work.
