As an old Dudley boy I used to start in the bell or tenth lock make my way up to the corn exchange then get a taxi to the waterfront. Very good nights out.
Love the videos and I love that you love it around here! it's great! When you come back you should let your followers know and we can all do the Amblecote triangle or the delph run. You get to do the run/triangle, we get the support the pubs and we all become UA-cam famous! win win! :)
love it, lucky me, lives 100 yards walk from the Amblecote triangle, two good curry houses as well, best do a quality control check on the Rd Lion tonight
It's wool - aston....😊...I used to work at the foresters... best pub in wollaston for years was the Waterloo... many great nights in there. Unicorn is the best now, foresters still good too.
Hopefully you come to kingswinford to wall heath (horse and jockey) and down to the canal pubs the navigation inn and the hinksford Arms and the green man
Come on mate... we don't use the word 'missed' around here... I don't miss anything! haha... this was Part 2 of Stourbridge and as I said in the video, in order to make Parts 3 and 4 make sense and be a more sensible video then each route has been done to make sure that it makes a better route so I deliberately steered clear of those on this one.
@@thegreatbritishpubcrawl Its just up the road from the 10th Lock and Black Horse, 500M away. But glad you covered it. Arguably the pubs on the Delph are Brierley Hill not Stourbridge. Believe me, I grew up and worked there for 25 years. NOT Amblecote or Wollaston.
I did say in this video at the start that I was doing the few remaining Brierley Hill ones BEFORE heading into Amblecote... I actually said that they are Brierley Hill... they couldn't be done on the BH video as they were all closed for one reason or another... hence putting them in this...
What's with throwing shade at my favourite tipple😮......you do realise how many awards Enville Ginger has won? Stop throwing shade at us Ginger lovers😂......love the Vids, when you doing Cradley Heath PT2?
Hahahahaha... Enville have indeed got some super beers... that Ginger one though... haha, a true crime against alcohol! I'll have Cradley Heath ticked off within the next 3 or 4 weeks mate hopefully
@@thegreatbritishpubcrawlWhen you do Cradley Heath I'd advise including the 2 at the bottom end of Quarry Bank you didn't make it to on the Brierley Hill crawl. They're not far from Cradley Heath train station. White Horse Inn and Waggon & Horses.
I firmly live in Staffordshire where I also work and as a Staffordshire service we cover some areas covered by south Staffordshire which you have to pass through other counties to get to so there are services way closer to people that will not accept them. The borders around the West Midlands are awful and not fit for purpose really!
I've given up worrying these days mate haha... no one can ever agree on how to say things. I must have asked at least 20 locals and it was half and half with how it's apparently pronounced... same as I had with Bedworth last week, with half locals claiming its BED-WORTH... and the other half swearing its BED-UFF...
Love the way you are still polite describing the pubs that are 'questionable'.
You need to continue on from the Kingsbridge. There’s another 3 or 4 pubs then The Old Wharf next to the canal

With Wordsley you should do Kingswinford and Wall Heath in the same video. Some great pubs there.
The Park Tavern does a lovely pint of Bathams
I used to own the pharmacy just down the road from the Black Horse on Withymoor Village.
Hopefully you come to kingswinford to wall heath (horse and jockey) and down to the canal pubs the navigation inn and the hinksford Arms and the green man
Missed the Royal Exchange (Bathams) & the Queens Head (BC Ales) mate

Why oh Why did you not visit the Bull and Bladder, the Bathams brewery at the top of the Delph?
I did... it's in the Brierley Hill video... because it's in Brierley Hill...

I think it’s just cactus like sheep
The plough is shit. And the gate is strange
Pronounced Woolaston.
