The machine on the right has wide tires which are designed for soft surfaces like mud or muck. Providing lower ground psi that allows it to traverse these soft ground conditions. But on a hard surface with wide tires they provide significantly less traction. As they aren't designed for that specifically. Also the tractor on the right has about 500lbs to 800lbs of wheel weights weight provides more traction and can be placed in the front, middle or rear with variations of weight setup to get maximum traction depending on the task you are tackling!
The other tractor had massive weights on the tires to increase grip as well as deflated tires that's why the front end on the other tractor was coming up because all the weight was on the rear drive tires
