You should choose old servers like Prontera, Izlude and Morroc if you want to experience 3rd jobs.
So where's the build?
is it still possible for the royal guard to use the matyr build to get a high dps?
I have tested it and it didn't improve my DPS. Better focus more on PATKs than getting more HP for Matyrs damage.

I agree with that, but this is the only build for their grinding. The Tank build is their main role and somewhat OP in PVP.
