So fun fact about the secret smile dog song at the end of the mod. It’s actually based on a horror series called “chainmail chasers” it’s actually pretty cool series because it’s basically disguised as an ordinary creepy pasta channel on UA-cam

If it makes you feel any better, I too am still deeply freaked out by the husky version of the Smile Dog image. And it’s not even childhood trauma, I first saw that image as a teen. I’ve even had nightmares about it a couple of times (which is funny). Thankfully only that version of the image scares me, but yeah.

I was always scared of the Husky Smile Dog,but his creepypasta was definitely and until this day one of the best stuff I've ever read,and his modern reinterpretations like the one from Mind's Eye Squared(Chainmail Chasers)definitely live up for it

For me, it was always the demon dog. I can never get it out of my head whenever I see It, so I try my best to stay out of contact with that image, lol. But knowing the internet, it will "spread" around for as long as creepypastas exist.
Fun fact: Chainmail Chasers commented on the official upload of Minds Eye Squared and was saying how good it was. So did Airdorf (creator of Faith) for Mortis (Faith song). He retweeted the song on Twitter and said something along the lines of "I have no words" or something.

@@htenshi65 100% agree I can’t think of anything scarier in the creepy pasta verse than smile dog but now that I know, there are three different beings that share the same title it’s even scarier.
I mean, the boiled one is just more unsettling tbh. The dragon smile dog or whatever is actually somewhat scary, so depending on how you look at it

And it's that they use media as a way to kill their prey, the boiled one is worse in my opinion because you can't escape it, while with smile dog you can just send it to another person but recieving that email would make me piss myself on the spot tbh
