Yes, a wonderful tribute! I agree with Mr. Tootie and his teacher that it's important to open one's self to play various genres [within reason] and to play more than one instrument. Playing the drums lends oneself to playing the keyboard and vice/ versa Playing the drums especially by hearing and doing, lends one's self to playing the beats in time and you get the various notes, whole, half, quarter, eighth and even 16ths can be played on the drums, and all or most of the aforementioned notes can get played on the keyboard and/ or piano.
