I was able to recover from alcohol and smoking during lockdown, but porn addiction is still the most difficult to overcome (13 years). Feel ko masisira lalo buhay ko kung lagi ko nalang to gagawin, so chinallenge ko sarili ko kahit mahirap. Nagtravel ako, touch grass, kumausap ng tao, reconnected with family, and honestly anything that can distract me. I still relapse at times, pero mas may control nako sa sarili compared to before. From watching twice a day- to once every three weeks. I still challenge myself everyday and even when I fail- I try again. If you're reading this and you feel na di mo rin kaya- believe in yourself, even if you feel like papalya ka na. Laban lang. Eventually, we'll be able to discipline ourselves from it.
