Like league of legends or nope we have to level it up with in game currency?
your comment made my day haha and about the runes, unfortunately you have to level it up by in game items like gems,gold,arcana point. It is kind of a grind to max lvl upto 150.. And for your info these runes makes a lot of difference in game
