Teaching with Technology: Podcasting the Anthropocene

Michael Osborne, a podcast producer with Worldview Stanford, leads a show called Generation Anthropocene [link: www.genanthro....], exploring how humans are changing the surface of the planet. Through support provided by VPTL, he built out a studio, enabling students to get experiential learning behind the microphone by putting together their own audio stories. These stories were heard by public at large [link to soundcloud: / generation-anthropocene ] and the experience was invaluable to the students.
