I've played the recorder for 20 years now and in 4th grade it never seemed to be cool, whereas it was in music school. Showing them this kind of video is definitely an awesome idea. Glad you have success with it !

If this was played on 6 flutes, (alto, concert flute, piccolo) it would sound too 'heavy,' like thick porridge. But this is fresh and clear, delightful. Thank you

The full line of recorders - I love this kind of music and masterful editing
Believe it or not, this isn't the full line. There are quite a few "bass" recorder sizes below this. They're very beautiful in a full ensemble. Check out "The Royal Wind Ensemble" here on UA-cam for example (and no, I'm not affiliated. I'm just a fan.)
@@cubanmotion2010 You are right! I just found out about the enormous contra-bass - that thing is huge! Look more like a piece of timber with some hardware on it. Didn't care too much for the very low tones of the thing. Doubt if there is much music for it, either.

What is your method for recording multiple tracks at the same tempo? Do you make a video conducting, use a click track, etc....
yes....I recorder all flutes with click track and phone, after I play with my recorder finished.
