Electrolytic refining is a better alternative: This method is used for large-scale purification of silver. It involves using a direct current to drive an unrefined silver anode through an electrolyte solution. Pure silver is deposited at the cathode. While the cathode would remain as pure silver, the choice of anode can vary. It could be either a high-purity silver anode, which will dissolve and replenish the silver ions in the electrolyte, or an inert anode like platinum, where the silver in the electrolyte is solely sourced from the impure silver solution. See also ion/cation exchange membrane: Using an ion/cation exchange membrane like Nafion 117 in the context of silver purification can enhance the efficiency and selectivity of the process. Nafion, known for its excellent chemical stability and ionic conductivity, is commonly used in fuel cells and various electrochemical applications.
And cementation is worse.

Does excess zinc dissolved in hot water or the sulphuric acid you added handel the excess zinc? I think boiling in HCl as last step will get rid of any zinc from the metallic silver
You'll never get rid of all the zinc unless you re-refine it entirely any time you use cementation for precipitation, no matter the metal used.

Peace be upon you, Iman. I tried to precipitate gold from aqua regia with mate with bisulfate, but the gold did not precipitate at all. What is the reason? Please answer please.
your in aqua regia nitric acid is active .you can neutralize nitric acid with Urea or sulfamic acid bro
Are you getting a positive by Stannous test to insure your material in solution is gold?
I only mention this as sometimes there isn't the gold in the materiql we expect. Otherwise Iman is spot on - excess nitric. Add small amounts until everything dissolves or de-nox as Iman said. But small additions instead of premixing AR 3 to 1 is always the best choice. Saves expensive chemical and eliminate excess nitric entirely - and having to use Sulfamic or Urea entirely. The less chemical the better, saves money but may take a little more time and patience (minutes). You can also boil (reduce) the solution before precipitation, then dilute with distilled or HCl back to desired volume and then precipitate - and the excess nitric will expel itself in the reduction step. You'll know when all fumes have cleared and you have boiled it down sufficiently. Always use observe safe practices as well. Best of luck.
Also you can boil out your nitric acid. It might take upwards if 3 to 4 hours depending on how much you used. For a faster time mix urea into hot distilled water and blend until dissolved. Pour into your aqua Regia. Stir and wait about 30 minutes.
I think the guy has said sulfate.. it's sodium metabiSULFITE. The name you have used is also a chemical just not for the intended purpose here bro. I hope I'm not incorrect
